These terms
These terms govern your use of this website and the introductory services we provide. Installation, supply and maintenance work is governed by the separate written contract issued for that project.
Our role in energy procurement
We act as an intermediary between your business and energy suppliers. The supply contract is between you and the supplier. We are remunerated by commission from the supplier whose contract you sign, and that commission is disclosed to you before you agree to anything.
Quotes and pricing
Energy prices are provided by suppliers against live wholesale markets and are typically valid only until the close of the working day on which they are issued. Solar and EV charging quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation and are subject to survey.
Information you give us
We rely on the accuracy of the meter details, consumption figures and site information you provide. Where information proves inaccurate, pricing and design may need to be revised.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the acts or omissions of a supplier under a contract you have entered into directly.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
