What we collect
We collect the details you give us in an enquiry: your name, business name, site address and postcode, contact details, and information about your energy supply, roof or charge point requirement. Where you send us bills or consumption data, we hold those too.
Why we use it
To prepare quotes, request pricing from suppliers on your behalf, design and deliver installations, and to contact you about the enquiry you made. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties except the suppliers and installers needed to deliver what you asked for.
How long we keep it
For as long as we are acting for you, and afterwards for the period required to meet legal, tax and contractual obligations. You can ask us to delete your data at any point where no such obligation applies.
Your rights
You have the right to access the data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to object to processing, to request erasure, and to request that we restrict processing. Email hello@evitaenergy.co.uk and we will respond within one month.
Complaints about data
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
